Trail Overview
The south end of this trail starts at an intersection with the 17EV91 ATV trail, on a sun-exposed hilltop with lots of loose boney rock. It starts gradually descending down the hill on a narrow path between the rocks, only losing a couple hundred feet over 1.4 miles. There are intermittent tree sections during the descent, as the trail weaves between a few shaded sections with tall cedars and oaks here and there. The trail is smoother and less rocky when it goes through the trees, but it pops back out into the open rocky sections for most of the trail. You get a really nice view while riding south to north, overlooking the distant mountains. It eventually ends on FS 3N20 on the north end.

Difficulty
Although this is rated Moderate by the Forest Service, this trail is rather easy as it remains super gradual the whole way. It goes over a lot of small loose rock, but the grade is gradual enough that it doesn't cause any traction issues, and there are no big rock ledges or obstacles.
