H13 is a very difficult trail. This trail can be accessed from H7 or H14. This trail is a one-way only starting from H7 or H14. Going up this trail, you find near-vertical grade, large loose rock, small loose rock, rutted-out sections, washed-out sections, and dirt/rock walls that could cause body damage. A Park Day-Use Trail Pass is required to access this system of trails. Cell service is spotty in places, and trail conditions can change quickly, especially during rainy or winter seasons.
