Trail Overview
This trail follows a wide gravel road that is rocky in sections but generally easy to navigate. It ascends into a cleared area of forest that feels stark and exposed, but the landscape becomes more scenic as the trail descends back into denser woodland. Along the way, there are a few gentle climbs and drops, adding some variety to the drive. A large clearing near the end of the main trail offers a promising location for camping. Beyond this point, the trail narrows significantly and becomes overgrown with trees as it approaches the river. While there may be some dispersed campsites, the trail does not provide amenities such as trash disposal or water access. Cell service may be limited throughout some of the route.
