While there are no significant obstacles, expect some sections with erosion and ruts that require steady navigation. Difficulty

This is an unmaintained, though well-used, trail. Especially the sections near the entrance, which are large, flat, and provide room for camping for multiple vehicles of all shapes and sizes. Some of these campsites have small primitive rock fire rings. Remember, before you have a fire, to please check local and county regulations as this area is prone to large and uncontrollable wildfires. There is a clearly established trail to follow that connects to other trails leading deeper into the mountains.
