Trail Overview
Tired of the same old dirt road? Take a wash instead. The terrain changes with every storm. This route varies from broad open sandy sections to soft silty sections and rocky bedrock obstacles. The path is evident when there hasn't been much rain--not so much right after a storm. Be sure to watch for a few sections where the route leads to either side to bypass heavily overgrown sections or extremely challenging sections. The southern end is right at a deep, super-soft sandy transition that exceeded the limits of a high-clearance 4x4. There is evidence of SXSs and ATVs continuing south. There is no cell service out here, so be sure to plan ahead with offline maps downloaded.

Difficulty
Deep sand and loose, steep hill climbs make airing down required; paint damage is guaranteed.
