Straight Shot is a mellow trial with no obstacles on it. The trail stays 1.5 to 2 lanes wide through its entire distance, so there is plenty of room to pass and/or turn around. Remember, if you must leave the trail, please TREAD LIGHTLY as this environment is fragile and is prone to lasting damage. The surface of this trail varies between gravel and dirt throughout. There is some water damage and erosion along the trail, with a couple on their way to becoming washouts, but bypasses are in place. These obstacles are subject to change as this area is continually shaped by wind, water, and monsoon season weather. There is little to no cell service in this area, so offline maps are recommended.
