Trail Overview

This is an out-and-back sandy wash route starting off Haekel Road. The wash is wide and generally easy to follow, but high clearance 4WD is recommended, especially in soft sand conditions. There are no major obstacles or technical sections. Expect a few trees and occasional pinstripe potential along the way. Water erosion is present in spots, so pay attention to wheel placement. If you're concerned about sand, try to keep your tires in the larger river rock areas for better traction. Easy to navigate using your trail map. Flash flooding is possible.
