Trail Sa1061a is an out-and-back wash route that crosses Artesia Road and follows a sandy gravel channel. The wash is overgrown in places with large dead trees, along with creosote and cholla lining the route. Expect heavy pinstripe potential and consider rolling up your windows to avoid contact with branches. In dry conditions, the route is generally easy, but conditions can change quickly.
