Trail Overview

Indian Tank Road is a great little two-track that transitions between the beautiful grasslands to the wooded areas of the Kaibab National Forest. This trail has a few wash crossings, as well as intermittent rock gardens, but not to worry as there are no obstacles over 12" on this trail. Cell service is spotty, so prepare to self-rescue, though it's hard to see what could go wrong out here.

Difficulty

Wash crossings, mud ruts, and off-camber smaller shelf-type areas may prove challenging, but certainly aren't a deal breaker.
