Trail Overview
The Hidden Hibben Trail is a one-lane trail that, similar to others in the area, goes from a beautiful open-range type pasture to the Juniper Tree groves that are typical of this area of the Kaibab National Forest. Rocky, with erosion and some areas of water damage, this trail has no major obstacles on it. It also has no cell service, so offline maps are essential. Along this trail, you might see antelope, elk, deer, prairie dogs, and jackrabbits that show how diverse this area is.

Difficulty
This trail is unmaintained and could present challenges after a rain or moisture event. The open range could become damaged with mud pits, mud ruts, and puddles, and the rocky areas in the trees, shaped by erosion and water damage may become more hazardous. This is a one-lane trail with many places to pass, but TREAD LIGHTLY principals are in effect, so please stay on established paths.
