Trail Overview

This road is not winter maintained and will become a muddy mess when wet. A few sections of the road are slightly rutted out. There is spotty cell phone service and camp spots. It also offers access to other roads. Just another fun road to drive in Flagstaff.

My brother in his 4Runner and me and my kids in the Tundra came up here to escape the heat of the valley. Headed toward the Lava River Tube we choose to run through a few trails in the surrounding area. Not expecting rain it rained enough where the trails were muddy and several areas were flooded with water/mud. It was fun to go through and very scenic. It might be an easy trail but I'd recommend.
