FS 5327

Trail Overview

FS 5327 is a 9.6-mile out-and-back trail that begins at an intersection with FS 53, providing access to Divide Well Campground before ending at a gate at a private property boundary. The trail is a wide, well-maintained gravel road with numerous spur trails to explore, many with posted seasonal restrictions. The road surface has some washerboarding, and can be soft when wet. The first 4 miles of this trail between FS 53 and FS 5316 are restricted to highway legal vehicles only. After the intersection with 5316, the trail is now open to all vehicles. FS 5327 is open year-round.

Difficulty

Being a well-maintained gravel road with intermittent washerboarding, FS 5327 is suitable for 2WD and low-clearance vehicles. Weather conditions, such as rain or snow, can affect the difficulty. A chainsaw or other equipment for moving fallen trees is highly recommended.
