Trail Overview

This 12 km (out-and-back) trail begins with a smooth drive through dense forest, offering an easy and scenic introduction suitable for vehicles with 4WD. As you progress, be alert for potential deep water holes along the route. About halfway through, the trail transitions from a Level 1 (easy) rating to a Level 3 (intermediate) rating. Expect increasing obstacles and technical terrain. Numerous side spurs branch off along the way, but these are typically too narrow for full-size vehicles and are primarily designed for ATVs. The main challenge arrives at the rock garden section in the second half of the trail. Here, you'll encounter rocks as large as pumpkins, demanding careful tire placement and steady driving. Only vehicles with at least 9 inches of ground clearance and 31-inch wheels are advised. A bypass is available by going back to the main gravel road (Rang 9). The trail culminates at a steep rock wall, marking the beginning of the next segment, which escalates to a Level 5 difficulty (not covered in this description). This rock wall requires advanced off-road experience and equipment. Throughout the route, the width permits only one vehicle at a time, making passing difficult. Cell phone coverage is unreliable. For those wishing to continue their adventure, you may follow the main gravel road (Rang 9) and head north to explore additional trails.
