Trail Overview
Gravel road, with beautiful scenery. Not too rough, with a little bit of truck traffic depending on the season. Fall colors are just amazing, but I would avoid moose hunting weeks! Only two weeks of moose hunting, which you can check on the net for the exact date. 100% gravel. You will have a gas station at the starting point, no matter what side you start from. Saint-Alphonse on one side and Saint-Elzeard on the other. If it is raining, it becomes very slippery! There are great places to stop and sightsee along the Bonaventure River as well.

Difficulty
The trail can be very muddy if raining and loose rock in some areas! The trail is flooded at some point as well, but not deep.
