Trail Overview
This trail runs northeast of Island Lake. It's a single-lane trail, which includes some wider passing areas. Be aware that after rain or during the spring thaw, you may encounter muddy ruts and soft ground. These ruts and puddles can reach depths of up to 12 inches. A 4-wheel drive vehicle with high clearance is recommended during these wetter conditions, though most stock vehicles can manage. The trail provides access to Island Lake, where you'll find a restaurant and cabin rentals. Cell phone service is generally unavailable in this area. Please note that from December 1st to April 15th, this trail is exclusively for snowmobile use, and other vehicles are not permitted.
