Trail Overview

The trail kicks off with a stretch of dusty, sunbaked road that immediately sets the tone--loose rock crunching under the tires, dust pluming out behind like a tail. As you climb higher, the terrain becomes a little more unpredictable, with a few steep sections that demand low gear and careful throttle control. Shallow washouts crisscross parts of the route, just enough to keep things interesting and test your suspension. Burnt trees stand like skeletons along much of the trail, remnants of the 2023 wildfire--eerie, yet beautiful in their own way. Through the charred forest, the views open up, revealing expansive ridgelines, valleys below, and distant mountain peaks that make every stop worth it. The mix of technical sections and scenic beauty keeps the drive engaging from start to finish--rugged, raw, and undeniably rewarding.
