This is mostly a hard dirt trail, with some mud sections and a few ruts. There are a bunch of camp spots where you can set up and spend the night--or camp out right at the lake! It has a few OHV trails that branch off along the way, with some being muddy and others beginner-friendly.

Most of the trail is hard-packed, but it's rutted with a few mud holes and washouts. It's mostly wide enough for two vehicles to pass.

Trail was in good shape, road was not too bad and the end of the trail to get to the lake was not too bad. They do have some pumps running non stop pumping water out of the lake, not sure what for but they are loud and you can hear them from camp.

The last leg of the trail is well more difficult than the rest expect to climb fairly steep hills, climb over root bundles and through two feet of mud puddles while the path is dry. When wet the entire groomed path is mud as it’s not packed you will slide as some of the turns are very sloped.

Mud is starting to dry up, but that’s leaving rutted sections along the trail
