Trail Overview

Out and back trail. Steep, rocky terrain that winds tightly through the trees. There are two steep climbs that have soft dirt and rocks requiring the driver to maneuver around two very large trees. This trail is best for vehicles with a rear locker, short wheel base and larger tires. Tops out above another popular 4x4 trail with beautiful views of the valley. A perfect spot for a picnic. Avoid excessive speeds and wheel spin to keep from tearing up the trail.

Big rocks and switchbacks. High centered my 4Runner on 35s haha. Laurel Lake trail is easier. To me, this was more of a 7/10 difficulty.

Ran it on my dirtbike, very rocky and rough trail, some spots to turn around if trail is too difficult for you. Definitely had a good ride up here. I would say Laurel lakes is much easier, but longer. Not really sure what the point of this trail is, “road to no where” is very applicable

Trail has two nasty rock spots that are on turns. The rocks are huge. Some people have been making new paths around them. It's definitely more of a 7 difficulty not a 5.
