Trail Overview
This rocky trail heads up into the hills to the two lakes above Lindbergh lake. At the time of recording at the end of May, the snowpack became too deep to continue. There is no winter maintenance, and expect downed trees early in the season. The views are spectacular, and there are meadows and vistas of the surrounding hills. Dispersed camping appears to occur in front of locked gates that appear to be old logging roads. Keep your eyes peeled for small waterfalls along the roadside and wildlife darting in front of you. There are two bars of LTE cell service.
