Trail Overview
"The Falls" is a short trail that branches off Park Road 2. It is a non-technical trail that leads to the top of the rock formation known as "The Falls," which is what Hidden Falls Adventure Park is named after. The trail is mostly a dirt road with a small amount of exposed rock and one washout located near the middle of the route. This is also a great trail for spectators who want to watch vehicles run the more technical "Royal Gorge" trail, which runs parallel and leads to the base of the rock formation. At the top of the rock formation, there is a shaded parking area large enough to accommodate groups of vehicles. Visitors can stop here to hike to the falls, enjoy a snack, and take plenty of photos.

Difficulty
This trail is wide enough to allow two-way vehicle traffic, though there is a slight risk of pinstriping from nearby vegetation. There is one washout on the trail with no available bypass. The washout contains several rocks measuring less than 12 inches in height, requiring basic tire placement but no advanced technical driving. When wet, the rock surface at the base of the washout can become slick; however, with controlled throttle and proper traction, it remains manageable for most drivers.
