Trail Overview

Toquerville Falls is a fairly easy trail that is marked by amazing set of waterfalls on La Verkin Creek. It begins in the town of Toquerville just north of St. George. There are a few rutted parts of the road, so don't just think you are going to cruise right through it. You can stop at the falls and enjoy a swim in the cool water. The creek varies in how deep it is and how much water is flowing, and the trail does cross directly over the creek, so the trail isn't advisable during heavy rains. But it is great any other time of year and provides a refreshing escape from the heat in the summer.

Pretty rough and rutted road, was told it's far worse than normal. Not a trail a beginner should take as one of their first rides. We had no problem getting our SxS out there. Saw lots of jeeps making the loop as well. Had a blast and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Total newbie on a stock 4Runner on stock tires; only made it about 1 mile past the water tank. Turned around at the bump shown in the picture. Hubris tells me I could have made it but all stock trucks were turning around. Didn't want to be 'that guy'. A local on an ATV said road is the worst he's seen it. Made me feel a bit better 😆

Aired down tires, 12" clearance, 4x4 low... and you'll make it as long as you take the right lines. Extremely rutted the first 2 miles or so to the falls. It gets better the closer you get.
