Trail Overview

Route leads from the Illinois border to Sparta. Mostly paved, good mix of gravel roads and trail. Yellow River State Forest in Iowa is a highlight. Make sure to stop at the famous rock overhang. There is a Cabela's in Prairie du Chien if you need any extra camp gear for the ride.

Trail was nice, but apart from frequently only being one vehicle wide, this is a 1/10, could be tackled with a Prius.

Bridge crossing at Lansing, IA has been open since June. Drove across it in mid-July. Check Google Maps for most up-to-date information.

Trail in good shape. Wet from rain but lot of fun.
