Trail Overview

Beautiful lush forest interrupted by logging fields. Lots of wildlife scamper around as you drive this easy-going un-kept logging road. Large open skies, deer, elk, and weasels make this area a joy to explore. Spring is covered in lush vegetation and hard to reach but is clearly audible from the path. From here on out the path becomes much rougher needing tougher equipment.

We started on Forest RD 71 and made our way through to this trail to wrap up our route towards highway 508. Many trails and look outs we came across. We found a tiny bit of snow that was nearly melted. Great views along the way, we found a few muddy puddles where we got our gladiator nice and dirty. Some waterfalls as well. Lots of active logging and spotty signal so download maps ahead of time. We couldn't find access to the river for lunch but fun day over all.

Access Description

Just off State Road 508, a road named North Fork Tilton will be on the northmost east side of the street. The joining trail is Bridge Brook Drive.
