Trail Overview
This trail is hardly a trail and more of some backwoods exploring through an old logging and quarry site. The best part of this loop is the campsite is well worth the short trek. Due note the trail is a skinny one lane road all the way up, so say goodbye to that scratch-less paint job you are rocking and hello to some pinstriping. There are a few campsites along this trail along with one large one that can easily fit 5+ vehicles with a spectacular view. If you follow this trail all the way to the end you will find a very nice and flat secluded campsite with an excellent view all the way into Seattle on a clear day. There are no obstacles on this trail, however the last swirl does have a shortcut straight to the campsite that is a fun little hill to climb. Please leave this spot better than you found it!
Difficulty
This trail is more of a road, as you are going between gravel and dirt the entire drive. A few bumps here and there but nothing the family station wagon can't handle. At the end there is a fun little hill to climb but there is an obvious bypass you can take.
