Trail Overview

This 15-mile point-to-point trail takes you up into the Entiat Mountains. This single-vehicle-width trail gives you great views of Lake Wenatchee and the Wenatchee River Valley. You can stop at the old Sugarloaf Peak Lookout Tower (a short hike to the top). This trail is passable by AWD and 4WD vehicles.

Trail climbing from deer camp to the ridge line there is an abandoned Kia Sedona Minivan with flat tires blocking the trail making it a tight fit to pass.

Still some deep snow before you get to sugarloaf lookout, a group of people were stopped. No vehicles made it up to the top because of snow.

Majority of trail was muddy, half way through had <1ft of snow. Didn’t continue further due to lack of chains.
