Trail Overview

The Wild West trail is a hidden gem right outside of Cedar City, Utah. It's 2.5 miles (3-ish miles including the drive back down) of very technical rock crawling. The trail gradually gets harder and harder. Once you reach the halfway mark, there are no more options to skip out of the trail and you're committed to finishing it. Stunning scenery, huge rocks, and slippery when wet! Expect 40+ obstacles from top to bottom. This trail will keep you on your toes from start to finish and it gradually gets harder and harder. Do not drive into this trail without a working winch! Once you make it to the very top, you hang a right and you'll get to a plateau with a rocky dirt road that takes you back down to where you started. The way down is "Mild West". This trail is ranked as a 13--OnX ratings only go to 10--so be aware! Body damage is very likely and the trail will take a long time to complete. If you're in full-bodied vehicles and have a bigger group, you may want to bring camping gear just in case!
