The Pickle

Trail Overview

This short (1-mile) point-to-point trail is a fun technical rock crawling trail that skirts along part of the easier 3D trail. This trail is a series of three obstacles: Dill Pickle, Pickle Slicer, and the Jalapeno Pickle. The first obstacle, the Dill Pickle, can be more challenging for shorter-wheelbase vehicles and may require a winch. Next is the Pickle Slicer a narrow pass where body damage is very likely. The last, the Jalapeno Pickle, is a challenging climb where wheel placement is required.

Difficulty

A set of three obstacles starting with off camber ledge up to 4 feet in height. The second obstacle is a narrow pass with tall ledges that has the possibility of body damage. The final obstacle is a near-vertical grade that is 10 feet tall. Every obstacle has the possibility of vehicle damage and/or roll-overs.
