Upper Salt Wash

Trail Overview

This OHV trail goes through a sandy wash for nearly 8 miles, all the way from the end of the Salt Wash OHV trail to Ruby Ranch Road. It has a lot of sections that are narrower trails through the wash, tight between lots of bushes and ideal for UTVs, and also wider sections of road and sandy wash. It has sections of slab rock but is mostly sand. It turns into a huge wide wash at one point in a wide-open desert. It rides along at the base of the bluffs and sandstone mesas. It's a fun trail to take that's fast and easy to get from the White Wash OHV area out towards the Green River.
