Trail Overview

This loop goes around Lone Rock, which is a natural formation in the middle of the desert. The road is straightforward and can be accessed by most vehicles. The trail can sometimes be muddy but mostly dry, which is okay for all cars. There is quite a bit of glass and gun shells on the ground, so watch out for debris on the roads. Some side trails that climb around Lone Rock and the surrounding area can get more complex, requiring higher clearance four-wheel drive. The main road is simple and can be completed in under thirty minutes.
