Trail Overview
Gordon Creek Falls trail is a short 2.3-mile out-and-back trail, a great side trail on Trestle Road. This trail starts you on a narrow shelf road and drops down a steep sand chute to cross the North Fork of Gordon Creek. Climbing out of the Creek, you encounter your first rock obstacle. The easier line is to the left, going right you will climb up a rock ledge up to 14" in height. The last obstacle before the falls is a sharp off-camber left turn. Going to the right is the off camber line with a 18" boulder that may catch the side of your vehicle or rear tire. To the left, several large boulders require good wheel placement to avoid scraping your differential on the rocks. Once at the falls, take a quick lunch break as you are enjoying the views before heading back to Trestle Road.
