Trail Overview
The South Fence Trail is part of the park's outer perimeter loop, running along the southern property line. This road offers a mix of open stretches and tree-lined curves, making it a popular route for both casual riders and those exploring deeper into the park. In wet weather, the trail develops mud holes and long pits, but there's usually a high side and low side option to get through. The high side is maintained regularly, giving riders a reliable way to skirt the deeper mud while still experiencing the trail. Despite seasonal ruts and puddles, the trail is passable in 2WD with all-terrain tires, even in wet conditions. For those looking for an easier ride, stay to the maintained line; for more challenge, drop down into the pits and let it eat.
