Trail Overview
Rock gardens sporting large boulders make up the majority of the Point Break trail. The gatekeeper is a 3' ledge that has to be scaled before the real fun begins. After navigating through the ascending boulders, there are several more ledges to climb before exiting back out on the Merus 101. Point Break is a short trail but packed with intensity. Having excellent spotters, 37" tires, and front/rear lockers are recommended.

Difficulty
Gate Keeper is a 3' undercut ledge there is a line through but will need to make a plan to get up. Requires at least at 37" tire and at least 3.5" of lift. Once past the gate keeper, you need to stay to the left of the trail or you will catch the rear diff on the rock in the middle of the trail. Continue up the trail and you will reach a steep rocky climb. There are 3 lines here, the left being the easiest. After these, there are 2 large ledges you will need to climb to get back to the Merus 101. This is a one-way trail entrance out of Salt Fork Section 3.
