Laura Thompson Trail

Trail Overview

This is roughly a 3/4 mile long unmaintained trail in Cedars of Lebanon State Park. This is not a very difficult terrain, but if it has rained beforehand, then it will be full of water puddles and mud holes. The trail has mostly rocky terrain with some mud and dirt and some small ledges. The trail is very narrow, the only way to pass is to reverse and find one of the few openings on the side of the trail. There is private property near the trail, so make sure if you want to go explore to pay attention to the signs posted on trees.

Difficulty

This is a narrow trail with lots of sharp rocks. The trail is not maintained at all but pretty much any 4x4 can cross, just be cautious of the mud pits. There are no extreme drops just quite a bit of water and rocks.
