Trail Overview

McKinley Drive - A trail of Rock Run Recreation Area. Located at the lower parking area near the shower house, McKinley Drive is an improved stone roadway, two vehicles wide for just over a third of a mile. McKinley Drive serves primarily as the access to Clayworks Campground. Starting just off Main Street, it dead ends at Clayworks Campground, though you do have access to Clayworks Drive and a variety of other trails nearby near the dead end. Despite this road being improved, be aware of the loose stone, potential dust in dry weather, and potential washouts after heavy rain. Please adhere to the posted speed limit for the safety of all users. This is a two-way trail and offers a different experience riding it both directions. This trail is open to all vehicle types. Trail driven and documented in September 2025.
