Trail Overview

Little Poe Trail is a fun little double-track trail that leads back to two different hunting club cabins. Expect lots of water during the spring, and there are quite a few mudholes to navigate through. Easy for a full-size truck, as the famous Pennsylvania foliage doesn't grow close enough to give pinstripes. 4L makes it an easy trip, but a vehicle with clearance and 2WD should be able to do it. Clearance is a must, though especially during the rainy season. Not as rocky as some trails in the Bald Eagle SF, but there are a few rocky sections to mix it up a bit. The two cabins make a great place to turn around. The trail continues after the second cabin, but you'll need an ATV, which is illegal in the county this trail is in.
