Lebo Road is primarily a graded gravel road with sections of dirt. It is a dead-end road with a loop at Lebo Vista on the eastern end of the road. It is an easy ride in the summer months, however, there is no winter maintenance. During times of rain, snow, and ice, the road will become rutted and harder to travel on. Lebo Road is within Tiadaghton State Forest.

Lebo Road is primarily a west-east running dead end road. It is accessed on the west from Pennsylvania State Route 44 north of Lock Haven in Lycoming County.
