This is the fun route to one of the most epic views in the Bend area. There are much easier trails to get to Triangle Hill from the south, but they're not nearly as fun. If you time it right, there is no better place to catch a sunset.

This trail has slick sandy trails with about a 16% grade and deep ruts. You might just need to hit that 4WD button that's been collecting cobwebs.

The view the is amazing but this road is GNARLY. Unless you want serious off-roading, go up from Skyliner Rd in Bend. This trail has VERY steep sections that required 4L due to incline, loose dirt, and large rocks. Worst (best) trail I have found in Central Oregon.

Drove the trail from south to north (downhill) coming from skyliners. Didn’t bother airing down. Very easy although brush got a little narrow in parts
