Trail Overview

This is the easy side of 7 Up. It is fun and not as extreme as the hard side of 7 Up. Winding through the forest, there is a little bit of rutted-out dirt trial, some mud, rock sections, and lots of switchback turns. Lockers are not needed; just about any high clearance 4wd vehicle should be able to make it.

Difficulty

Have to get here via the Prison Camp road off of Hwy 6. Gate at the top (by Saddle Up/Dog Leg) connecting to Browns Camp is closed. Really fun trail and few people (thanks to the closed gate)

I’m new to off roading so this was moderate for me. You’re off camber quite a bit and it can get narrow. It was a challenge with the wet dirt and mud after some rain. Also keep an eye out for sharp rocks and roots on this one. Overall, super fun!
