Trail Overview
Plenty to see along this track that cuts through the heart of the Tug Hill State Forest. This truck trail will show you all the Tug Hill region has to offer, from dense hardwood stands to groves of spruce and hemlock with gentle streams passing through them. You can also pull off near the large pond at the halfway point and observe the local wildlife and even launch your canoe or kayak. Reminder that this track is not for ATVs or SxS travel and is actively patrolled by the NY State Department of Environmental Conservation.
