Trail Overview

This trail is a back mountain pass into Little Red Rock. There are some narrow sections and significant hills with uneven bouldered terrain. Trails lead off of this one with many different options. There are a lot of dirt bikes and ATVs, so watch out for people speeding through.

Stopped by the Rangers lights and sirens about 3miles in from north trailhead. He informed me that no motorised vehicles are allowed in the area. Told him I was following an OnX trail and he was shocked that it was showing as open on the app. He turned me around, back to the main road.

Very difficult and terrifying at certain spots for beginners like me and girlfriend. One being shown in the first photo. This was our 4th time off roading. We did more with side by side. We took our 23 Raptor Gen 3 which was way too wide for certain narrow parts. Be ready to get some nasty scratches on the sides from bushes and trees. But the reward was great. Gorgeous view and a core memory for the rest of our lives!

Recommended, it was a great day, hanging out with friends, had to drive through the streets back home, there is a few hard obstacles, most of the trail is easy, and at the end of the trail, the best view you can get.. worth the drive
