Trail Overview

This trail is a back mountain pass into Little Red Rock. There are some narrow sections and a some pretty significant hills with very uneven bouldered terrain. Trails lead off of this one with many different options. There are a lot of dirt bikes and ATVs, so watch out for people speeding through.

Trail is very easy for 90% of it, one small technical section where some decent rock crawling knowledge is needed, section has a few small obstacles in it and is fairly off camber, absolutely will not get over the obstacle without good ground clearance

beautiful trail. went out to collect trash. fun trail for jeeps, dirtbikes, etc. unfortunately, development has begun near the summerlin area. fortunately, you can drive around the development through different paths if you're going from north to south with no problem.

We drove in from Far Hills on the east and stopped at the cement wash. Didn’t see signs on the road we went in on but saw some further in. Such a shame that the developers are taking over all that beautiful land. The view is amazing so money talks, I get it. But sad to see it’s no longer usable for off road adventures to enjoy the outdoors. We were not stopped by anyone. And we’re hoping to go the whole La Madre trail during the day some day.

We ran into B.L.M stating there’s no trespassing posted everywhere and today is just a warning, although they took out names in system and left warning stickers on our trucks. It’s a shame there’s 20 dirt bikes out there and us 3 get the haggle and told not to come back when it’s been a beloved place to ride, to eventually to be shut down by builders. Didn’t talk to him as much as I should’ve because this la madre begins where “we can’t park”
