Trail Overview
This out and back starts easy and a bit wider and goes from a narrow tree section to a broader open-thinned forest with amazing views of the Bitterroot Valley. There are no camping spots along the way aside from a small pullout here and there. The further you get along the trail, the narrower and off-camber it gets with deep holes and steep drop-offs. Larger vehicles should turn around about halfway as the trail may not support a large vehicle on the steep off-camber sections. A lovely spring bubbles up at one point, and the trail ends at a private property with a decent-sized gate. There are full bars of 5G cell service, except in some corners.

Difficulty
This trail is not recommended for full-size vehicles past the halfway point. It becomes off camber and narrow with almost nowhere to turn around except at the very end where there are very narrow setions before one reaches it.
