Trail Overview

Essentially a rough gravel road, this is a curvy and pot-hole-filled mountain road that forks off of Wilson Creek Divide Road. You'll likely want to air down your tires so as to not rattle your bones or bolt-ons off, this is one bumpy and unmaintained road. There aren't any real obstacles, the main thing to look out for is the washout humps that can act as speed bumps and give you some unpredictable air time if you're not looking out.

Access Description

From Bozeman, drive to Four Corners and then turn left toward Big Sky. Once in Gallatin Gateway, look for the forest service sign for Little Bear Road and take this left. Continue down the main Little Bear Road (be aware it goes through private property for the first few miles) and keep right. Once you meet the fork for Bear Divide Road (a right turn) and Little Bar Road (a left turn), continue left, down Little Bear Road.
