Trail Overview

This is the perfect trail if you are looking to get out and enjoy the Mark Twain National Forest. This trail is very straightforward and can be easily completed solo. 4WD is not needed as this does not have any obstacles and the trail is very well maintained. There are some spots where it is a little tight and some brush may rub against the side of your rig. There are some small hiking trails towards the beginning that you can go off and explore as well. This trail ends with a single-vehicle camp spot with a fire ring where cell phone service is available.

Part of trail that follows creek can be difficult to follow in spots. would be tight for a jeep. One spot had a large rock ledge around 3-4 feet tall. there is a way around but will be tight with larger 4x4 vehicles. motorcycles will have no problem avoiding. would not recommend riding solo.
