Trail Overview
This out-and-back spur road branches off Blooming Rose (FS 1503) and offers an easy, relaxing drive through the woods of Mark Twain National Forest. The route is fairly wide for most of its length, making it comfortable for full-size vehicles and beginner drivers. The gravel surface is simple to navigate with no major obstacles or technical sections. Toward the end, light grass growth and nearby trees begin to narrow the trail slightly, but there is little risk of pinstriping or body damage. The road ends in a quiet clearing that works well for a short break, lunch stop, or a peaceful overnight campsite surrounded by nature.
