Trail Overview
The route itself is straight and narrow, accommodating a single vehicle, and consists of a gravel and sand two-track surface. It passes through scenic forest, with one section crossing an access gate before continuing over a bridge and a river. Beyond the bridge, the trail reaches a wash area with a turnaround. From there, it leads to a historic cemetery maintained by the Beltrami Island Forest Restoration Society. The trail can become muddy after rain, and toward its end, there are several clearings that could be suitable for dispersed camping. The route finishes at a closed gate, marking its endpoint. The trail does not offer formal campsites and lacks amenities such as trash disposal and a water supply; cell service may also be limited.
