Trail Overview

This trail begins as a wide, two-vehicle gravel road that is well-maintained at the start but quickly narrows into a single-vehicle two-track. The surface shifts between sand and gravel, with muddy patches and potholes appearing as the trail winds deeper into the forest. Elevation changes bring steady ascents and descents, while sections of water erosion and off-camber terrain add technical challenges. In some areas, the sand is deep enough to slow travel, and the conditions make the trail better suited for ATVs and side-by-sides than for larger vehicles. Local riders often treat this route as a play area, and several side trails branch off the main path, most designed for smaller off-road vehicles. Steep drop-offs also appear along certain stretches, requiring careful driving. The trail eventually reaches a larger clearing where it comes to an end. From here, a very overgrown trail turns left, while an equally overgrown forest road continues straight ahead. There are no formal campsites on this trail, and no amenities such as trash disposal or potable water. Cell service is limited or unavailable in some areas. This route primarily serves as a recreational track for smaller off-road vehicles, featuring rough and variable conditions throughout.
