Trail Overview
Although officially designated as an "unmaintained trail," this route is in relatively good condition due to the presence of residences along its length. The surface is mostly smooth, with minimal corrugation, and is suitable for a comfortable drive. The trail winds between the Mississippi River and a mix of forest and open fields, which are often dotted with wildflowers in June. It eventually ends at private property, so through access is not possible. A commercial property is also located nearby, and local traffic may be present, so caution is advised. There do not appear to be any connecting trails branching off from the main route. There are no formal or dispersed campsites along the trail, and amenities such as trash disposal and drinking water are not available. Cell phone coverage may be limited in some areas.
