Trail Overview
Fall River Spur E is a narrow two-track trail accessed from County Road 6. It begins at a small parking area located near a trailhead for a hiking route. From there, the trail climbs steeply into the forest, following a winding path composed of gravel and rock. The surface is uneven and marked by mud, potholes, and occasional loose stone, requiring careful driving. Along the route, the trail crosses several hiking and snowmobile trails. While maps indicate that the trail is officially closed beyond a certain point, there are no signs posted on the ground to confirm this, and the trail appears passable. If continuing past this section, be aware that turnarounds can be difficult, particularly for larger vehicles, and reversing for a distance may be necessary to exit. The trail does not provide any formal or dispersed camping opportunities and is without amenities such as potable water or trash disposal. Cell phone coverage may be inconsistent or unavailable.
