Trail Overview

Swamp Lake is a trail accessible to all vehicle types and sizes, ranging from large 4x4s to dirt bikes. The trail is composed of dirt and is surrounded by forests and swamplands. There are several water holes over a foot deep with mushy bottoms, making four-wheel drive essential for this trail. Additionally, a minimum tire size of 30 inches or more is recommended due to some watery and sandy areas that can quickly sink your vehicle. Furthermore, there's a bald eagle nest on this trail, and if you're fortunate, you might spot the eagle or its mate perched in the nest.
