Difficulty

Trail 1101 is primarily an ungraded dirt road with the southern end being gravel and serves as the main access road to this area. Once you get past the parking lot and gate and head north into this area, the trail then becomes a narrow, rocky, and mildly rutted ride in the summer months; however, during times of heavy rain, snow, and ice, the road will become heavily rutted and harder to travel on. There could be areas of heavy mud and standing water. There are sections where the rocks are up to 18" with a few ledges.
